Snow4Kids Festival returns to Brisbane this 2018, and it’s just in time for the school holidays! Winter comes to life this July with Snow4Kids Festival, which will be bringing with it an enchanting winter wonderland for families and kids to build snowmen and snowballs, make snow-angels, and take to the snow on their sleds, sleighs, and toboggans. Thunkar
Thunkar is an upcoming celebration of the 83rd birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Brisbane. Presented by Tibetan Community QLD, this colourful celebration will feature Dances and Songs from the Roof of the World, Bhutanese Songs and Dances, Brothers Band, and TAFE All Star Band, along with irresistible Tibetan dishes to enjoy. The Dalai Lama is the highest title given to all the spiritual leaders of the Tibetan people who practice Tibetan Buddhism, and His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is one of the most famous religious figures in the world today.
